Return & exchange policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags intact.

Custom-tailored pieces, jewelry, and items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@fashionstore.in with your order ID and reason.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges (size/color) are subject to availability.
